Acropolis Foothill Apartment - Athens

Perfect location just next door to a cafe/bakery/sweet shop and the center of Athens and tourist sites and lots of restaurants/ coffee shops around, and the room was spacious. We liked how very amiable the staff was.

No view, unfortunately.

This hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood, right in the heart of the city. It is close to popular areas and easily accessible by metro. the rooms are nicely renovated and equipped with everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning. the host is very helpful and friendly, providing great communication and even arranging airport transfers. the location is also quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful stay.

One downside is that there might be occasional noise from a neighboring apartment, like a barking dog.

Welcoming and nice staff - shoutout to them for their hard work! Plus, there's a kitchenette 🍳 for guests to whip up some quick snacks.

Friendly and helpful host's representative provides transfer assistance and helpful tips. Quiet room with good walking distance to tourist spots, despite intermittent hot water.

The desserts at Cafe Plaka, just 300 meters away, are delicious, and the host here really made my stay enjoyable, I have no complaints everything was good.

The location was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance, including metro stations, iconic squares, restaurants, cafes. The apartment itself was fully equipped, from the comfortable king-size bed to the modern amenities like air-conditioning and a huge TV. It was exactly as advertised in the photos. Highly recommended!

We encountered a small inconvenience with the bathroom. The glass divider in the shower was not large enough to cover the water splashes, resulting in a wet bathroom.

Acropolis Foothill is my go-to place in Athens. I keep coming back because I always feel welcomed. Staff even helped with evening plans during my first stay. With amenities like Wi-Fi, cookware, and AC, it suits me perfectly. I'll be back for Easter!

The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. We could easily walk to Monastiraki and Syntagma Square in less than 10 minutes. the apartment itself was spacious and had a lively feel to it, making our stay very comfortable. the host's representative, Ilia, was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

there was a neighbor's dog in the apartment building that would bark loudly in the corridor whenever someone walked by, which was a bit annoying. the entrance to the building was in need of attention and the key provided to us was tricky to use and didn't work properly at times.
